Filip Galinski wants everyone to be able to use https://poorjudgmentco.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

Every product image, including all 104 in our catalog, has descriptive alternative text.
Text and background colors are chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
Information is never conveyed by color alone. Where we use a colored badge, the meaning is also

written out.

All interactive controls — size selectors, color swatches, the cart, the menu — are operable by

keyboard and show a visible focus indicator.

Form fields have visible, persistent labels rather than placeholder-only labels.
Video is muted by default and never the only place a piece of information appears.
Headings are structured in order so screen-reader users can navigate by them.

What we know isn't perfect

Parts of our site rely on third-party apps and platform features whose accessibility we do not fully control, including embedded reviews and payment interfaces. We test them and we raise issues with those vendors.

Some of our product graphics contain stylized display lettering that is decorative. Where the graphic carries meaning, the product title and alt text carry the same meaning in plain text.
