Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

What this is about

We use advertising technologies — principally the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API — that share information about your visit with Meta Platforms so we can measure our ads and show them to relevant people. The information shared includes online identifiers, your IP address, the pages and products you viewed, and, if you buy something, a hashed version of your email address and name.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and under comparable laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states, this counts as "selling" and "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — even though we receive no money for it.

How to opt out

Option 1 — the opt-out form.

Open the opt-out form and submit it.

It applies immediately to the browser you are using. If you also enter your email address, the opt-out is applied to your customer record, so it follows you across devices. If you clear your cookies or switch browser or device without giving an email, set it again there.

Option 2 — Global Privacy Control.

If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we honor it automatically as a valid opt-out for that browser. You don't need to do anything else. Browsers and extensions that support GPC include Firefox, Brave, DuckDuckGo and the Privacy Badger extension.

Option 3 — email us.

Send "Do Not Sell or Share" to hello@poorjudgmentco.com from the email address you use with us, or include your order number. This applies the opt-out to your customer record across devices, which the browser toggle cannot do. We action it within 15 business days.

What happens when you opt out

We stop sharing your personal information with advertising partners for targeted advertising.
You will still see our ads. They just won't be targeted using your data.
Your prices, shipping, returns and support do not change. We are not permitted to

discriminate against you for exercising this right, and we wouldn't anyway.

We continue to use strictly necessary data to run your order — you cannot buy a shirt from us

without us knowing where to send it.

Your other rights

You can also ask us to tell you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or give you a portable copy, and you can appeal a decision we make. See Privacy Policy §7.
